AIS Signs MOU with American School

On March 14, 2018, Dr. Jing Luan from San Mateo Colleges of Silicon Valley, California, USA and Mr. Sarithy Khong, the Director of Achievers International School (AIS), Siem Reap, Kingdom of Cambodia, signed a Memorandum of Understanding for the possibility of further collaboration of the two Institutes through working together for a better education program for the Cambodian students.
It is a great opportunity for the school as Dr. Luan showed genuine interest on building the pathway for the Cambodian students to go to U.S for further studies. The representative from SMC was accompanied by Ms. Kathryn Kohut. They explained the students what they can expect when they go to U.S for further studies. Dr. Luan also emphasized on the importance of education for people and how education can change the life of a person. The speech was inspiring and they motivated the students to interact and be mindful of their careers.
It is believed that accommodating Dr. Luan would strengthen the relationship between the schools. Looking forward to more discussions and more visits of each other in the future.
